- It is customers responsibility to collect courier from courier office in case of delivery at door is not possible.
- For International Orders - It is customer's responsibility to pay and clear local customs in case of order is held at customs.
Refund & Return Policy
We ensure that you receive ensemble as you have ordered. We only exchange.
In an unlikely event that ensemble received from us is not received in good condition or delivered ensemble is different from what you had ordered, we request you to return the ensemble in same condition. We will take corrective actions and re-send you the ensemble.
For return, please notify our customer service team through contact us within 48 hours from receipt of ensemble.
For International Returns - Cost of logistics and any applicable import duties will be borne by customer.
