Return Policy

We Want You To Be Happy

Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Support Center at +63-4107-6711 or filling up the Return Notification Form  for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Customer Support business hours are Mon-Friday 10am to 6pm MYT / 0300-11.00 GMT . Please have your original Order Number available when you call.

Defective or damaged books

While we ensure that all books are packed in a way that can avoid any damage, it is beyond our control how your package is handled during transit, resulting in possible damage to the book on arrival. In rare instances, the copy you receive may be defective due to printing errors such as missing or blank pages.

In such cases, we will replace your damaged or defective copy with a new one -- free of charge -- provided you return the said book within 30 days from date of delivery. We will also pay the cost of shipping the damaged or defective copy to us. Should we be unable to replace your book, we will refund you the full amount.

Incorrect title

The above also applies if you receive a different title than the one you ordered.

Please note that we are unable to exchange books other than those which are damaged on delivery, defective or incorrect title.

  • Once authorization is issued from our customer service dept., returned products MUST have a valid RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Please include your original packing slip with the return also. 

    Any products returned to our warehouse without a valid RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender unopened. Shipping charges are non refundable.

  • Products must be returned to UmmahZone.com within ten (10) days of issue of the RMA number.

  • The customer assumes responsibility for all returned product up to delivery at our warehouse, shipping via an insurable carrier with tracking is recommended. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • If you have received a product that is damaged immediately notify Ellusionist within five (5) days of receipt. Any damages reported after 5 days will not be considered for refund or exchange.
